Reservations:

• Our prices are quoted in US dollars. 16% VAT and 5% hotel tax will be added to all room rates
• We require a deposit of 50% to confirm your reservation
• Deposits can be made via wire transfer or PayPal
• Balance is due upon arrival, and payable in pesos or US dollars only – no credit cards accepted on site

Policies:

• Check in is from 3 pm to 10 pm
• Check out time is 12 noon
• We are an adult only property – exceptions can be made for full property rentals
• All rooms are single/double occupancy only
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• No guest pets. We do have 2 cats named Iggy and Alfie, who are free to roam the property, but not allowed in any of the guest rooms.
• No unregistered guests allowed without owner's approval
• Smoking in designated area only
• All damages and loss of keys will be charged to guests

Cancellations:

• Prior to 60 days: full refund of deposit, less 10% banking fees
• Between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• No deposit refunds for cancellations with less than 30-day notice
• “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of their reservation – please let us know if are unable to honour you booking.
